Nursery Nook
Newborn to 2 years old

Raleigh Road’s Nursery Ministry provides a spiritual foundation of tender, loving care to newborns and toddlers.  Our nursery volunteers share Christ’s love with Raleigh Road’s youngest in a safe, secure environment.

We have an infant room for newborns up to 1 year
of age, and a toddler room for 1 year to 2 years of age.
Each room has age appropriate toys for our infants and toddlers as they learn that church is a safe, loving place.

Preschool Parkway
Ages 2 – Kindergarten

The preschool Parkway provides a gospel-centered foundation on which the
preschooler’s faith can be built.  On Sundays our preschoolers meet at
9:30 AM during
Sunday School and at 10:30 AM during the worship service.
Our teachers use the Gospel Project curriculum during both times on Sunday.
We integrate this Christ-centered curriculum with fun activities
and high-energy worship that
teach our preschoolers and keep them engaged.

During Wednesday night classes our preschoolers use the
TeamKID curriculum that teaches them about Christ’s
love in a fun, age appropriate way.

 Kids Town
Grades 1-5

Kids Town 450

Kids Town is where first through fifth graders meet.  Our elementary school age
children also use the Gospel Project curriculum and follow the same lesson
schedule as our preschoolers.

During Sunday School large group time, kids gather to hear the day’s story,
Key Passage Verse,
and the Big Picture Question. Children then break out into
their respective Sunday School classes to expand on what was discussed in
large group by lessons, activities, and games.

Following Sunday School, we ask that parents pick up their children from Sunday School and take them to the sanctuary.  About 10-15 minutes into the service during the Welcome Time, parents have the option of having their children remain in church to worship as a family, or have their children come out to the church foyer where a Kids Town volunteer will take them back to Kids Town for our Gospel Project Extended Session. (GPX).  During this time, we will worship in a large group setting.  GPX will reinforce the morning’s Sunday School lesson and also include selections of children’s worship music.  This will be a fun time for our children, but more importantly, it will be a time of worship and getting into God’s Word.  After the adult worship service ends, parents may pick up their children in God Rock.

Click here to see what GPX is all about!

On Wednesday nights:
WOW (“Wide Open Worship”) is the place for kids to connect with friends and adult leaders for a fun time of worship, fellowship, and games! Wednesdays are also the time for kids to spend “Holy Dollars” they have earned through lesson participation! Our Holy Dollar Store is open every Wednesday right after WOW!  We meet from 6:30 to 7:30.
